About BK Moments

BK Moments is about showing Brooklyn to the world. Most people visiting New York City only concentrate in the major tourists attractions such as the Brooklyn Bridge, Prospect Park and/or Brooklyn Heights.

I’m putting together this blog showing images of Brooklyn neighborhoods that I walk by on a weekly basis. I enjoy taking photos of daily life in Brooklyn, people, architecture – mainly the authentic architecture dating back to the 1900’s. I think is more interesting than the new glass fish bowl new buildings that we see around nowadays.

Brooklyn, New York, the hippest borough of the Big Apple! Beyond the iconic sights and sounds of Manhattan lies a vibrant and diverse neighborhood waiting to be explored. Get ready to discover the hidden gems that give Brooklyn its unique charm and indomitable spirit.

From the trendy streets of DUMBO (Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) to the artistic haven of Williamsburg, Brooklyn is a cultural melting pot that celebrates creativity, innovation, and individuality.
